EULA - End User License Agreement

Route Tracer (RT) License of use
This license is a compulsory binding agreement between the purchaser (defined
further as "you", the "customer") and Amov Research, Ltd. (defined further as
"we", "us"). This agreement will take power at the moment you load our product
"Route Tracer" (defined further as "program", "software") onto your computer.
RT is distributed as shareware. This means:
1. All copyrights to RT are exclusively owned by Amov Research, Ltd.
2. You may try this software during a test period of 15 days. If you decide
to keep RT on your computer you must register it. This means, that you must
buy a license. It is strongly recommended to register RT within 15 days or
less as soon as you find out that the program suits your needs.
3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use RT
on one computer (i.e. a single cpu) for any legal purpose, at any time.
4. The RT unregistered shareware version, may be freely distributed, provided
the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a
fee for the distribution of RT without written permission from the copyright
holder.
5. The AMOV Research, Ltd is not responsible for any indirect, incidental,
special or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data
or data use, incurred by customer or any third party, whether in an action in
contract or tort, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
(You MUST check all the forms filled out by RT BEFORE submit to ENSURE that
forms are filled out correctly.)
6. 6. This program is provided to you "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind
whether explicit or implied. We shall be held harmless in any event and with
any performance of the software. We will try, however, to rectify any abnormal
behavior to the best of our knowledge, as soon as possible, on an ongoing basis.
7. This program is provided as shareware with an option to register. This means
that you have 15 days to fully evaluate and check the software to see if it
fits your needs. If after that period you decide to purchase a full version
of the software, the purchase will be non refundable under any circumstances,
because we have no way of knowing you have destroyed all copies of the software
installed on your computer.
